Back in 2013, when I launched my first boutique I thought I knew everything I needed to know to launch a boutique. I researched and read everything I could. At the time, I thought I was ready but I quickly learned that there were a lot more things I needed to know however finding the information was difficult at that time.
Truthfully, back then we were in the beginning stages of the online boutique business so the information was hard to find because everyone was learning the industry together.
